Scheduling an appointment requires payment for the appointment, but will allow you to book our first available session with a therapist.​

*Canadian patients - if you do not have a credit card with a US zip code, you will not be able to use this method.  You will need to request an appointment or call us.

*We do not have Aquatic Therapy sessions available to book online at this time.  Please request an appointment if you want Aquatic Therapy and we will call you to schedule.

**Prepaid visits still follow our cancellation and no show policy.  Without a 24 hour notice, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged.  A $100 no show fee will be charged if you do not show up to the appointment.

Requesting an appointment will send your information to the front desk and they can call you to schedule when able.  Payment will be collected in office.
