Scheduling an appointment requires payment for the appointment, but will allow you to book our first available session with a therapist.

*We do not have Aquatic Therapy sessions available to book online at this time.  Please request an appointment if you want Aquatic Therapy and we will call you to schedule.

Requesting an appointment will send your information to the front desk and they can call you to schedule when able.  Payment will be collected in office.
