Our Therapists

Karen graduated from University of Iowa in 2006 with a bachelors degree in Health and Sport Studies. She then graduated from St. Ambrose University in 2008 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

Karen pursued additional training in Orthopedics and successfully completed an Orthopedic Residency program at St. Ambrose University.

Karen was a collegiate swimmer for University of Iowa and also has an athletic background in running and triathalons. She is a cat lover also!

Jessica graduated from St. Ambrose University in 2007 with a bachelors degree in Exercise Science and Biology. She also graduated from St. Ambrose University in 2008 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She has been a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA since 2007.

Jessica was a collegiate softball pitcher for Illinois Central College and also has an athletic background in basketball, volleyball, and dance/gymnastics. She enjoys hiking, travel, photography, and her dog!

Mel graduated from California Lutheran University in 2013 with a bachelors degree in Exercise Science and Psychology. She then graduated from California State University Northridge in 2017 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

She is also a Certified Lymphedema Therapist.

She was born and raised in the Coachella Valley and has an athletic background in softball and soccer.

Kristen graduated from Chapman University in 2020 with a bachelors degree in Kinesiology. She also graduated from University of St. Augustine in 2023 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

Kristen enjoys exercising, hiking, playing tennis, and traveling!

Lindsay graduated from Saint Mary’s College of California in 2019 with a bachelors degree in Pre-Physical Therapy and Dance. She then graduated from New York University in 2024 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

She is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a Clinical Athlete Practitioner.

Francie graduated from Grand Valley State University in 2021 with a bachelors degree in Clinical Exercise Science. She also graduated from Grand Valley State University in 2025 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

She is also a Herman and Wallace Pelvic Health Level 2A clinician.

She enjoys running, hiking, and attending concerts and music festivals!

Hope graduated from University of Central Arkansas with a Health Sciences Major and Interdisciplinary Studies Minor. She also graduated from University of Central Arkansas in 2024 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

She enjoys hiking, traveling, and line dancing!
