​Please request an appointment to give us your insurance information so we can verify your specific policy prior to your session.  Medicare Advantage Plans often require authorization as well and our facility will need time to obtain this from your insurance company.  Please keep this in mind when scheduling and allow approximately 1-5 business days for us to have time to obtain this information from your insurance company.
