In-network / contracted insurances are not a guarantee of payment.  Please request an appointment to give us your insurance information so we can verify your specific policy prior to your session.  We also strongly recommend you verify and know your own insurance benefits.

Medicare Advantage Plans often require authorization as well and our facility will need time to obtain this from your insurance company.  Please keep this in mind when scheduling.
